Property one President Paul Dastugue III, CPM will offer his opinions on the New Orleans Multi-Family Market as part of the Real Estate Industry Leaders Panel, during the 1st Annual "Economic & Real Estate Forecast" at Loyola University. The program is in partnership with Loyola University & the National Association of REALTORS. It will be held on Tuesday, October 18th at Roussel Hall on Loyola's campus from 8am until noon.

Property One, Inc. has been selected to provide property management services for the Oxbridge Shopping Center located in Richmond, Va. The center contains 127,000 square feet of retail space and is anchored by a Martins food store. The property was recently purchased by PMAT Real Estate Investments. Plans are to immediately renovate the exterior of the property including the façade, parking lot, lighting and landscaping. Michelle Newlin will be the property manager assigned to the property.
