It seems like yesterday Property One began in the garage of co-founder Quentin Dastugue's garage. With brother Paul the company was founded 25 years ago and has developed into one of the regions largest and most successful commercial real estate firms. "We knew the timing was good but we never thought our business would take off the way it has", stated Paul, President of Property One. With offices in Metairie, Mandeville, Baton Rouge and Lafayette Property One's portfolio has increased and now encompasses properties in 4 states.
